Wilder pre Fury trilogy would have absolutely smashed the bodybuilder

Wilder is obviously shot now, but I would still give him a good chance of stopping him now

Where are all the Fury haters/fanboys now?
Told you guys for years he will get smashed when he steps up

Wilder was equally as vulnerable as AJ. Ortiz was putting a beating on Wilder until that one big shot came. Would have been a good fight and probably a stoppage either way.

They didn't fight when they were the top dogs and it was relevant. Now would be a good time for them to have a less relevant retirement match. They're both done as top level fighters.

    Absolutely.

Joshua has been badly exposed today, the first time he's faced a genuine puncher.

He would have slept him. Wilder is garbage but one right sends AJ to another planet.

Wilder would have starched Joshua brutally early doors that’s why the fight never happened !

Yep, if the fight got made in 2017-19 like when we were all asking for it, Wilder would have been the favourite for me, I don’t see how AJ could stand up to a Wilder right hand

Tbh even now in 2024-25, I don’t think it’s crazy to think that shot Wilder could beat shot AJ. They’re both damaged goods, but power is the last to fade.

It seems that the rebuilding fights since the two Usyk defeats just delayed the inevitable,Dubois was the first bonafide puncher Joshua had faced since the Usyk fights and we all seen how the fight ended. That was a brutal fight and loss for Joshua but credit were credit is due,Joshua did brilliant to get up off that first knockdown,no doubt the bell ringing played its part to buy him some time to recover but that was a huge shot he got up from.

Honestly, this fight needs to be made already. It won't be as good as it would have been years ago, but come on, least it gives us an idea of how it would've been. Like I always say, the less Bowe-Lewis situations we have the better.

lol if Wilder was flattened like Joshua was against Dubois of all people, we’d never hear the end of it here.
