Dubois put it on him early and when he's hit, he stays hit.

I said before this fight that the Ruiz 1 fight was why I fancied Dubois. Joshua can't handle combination punches and Dubois combinations pack huge power.

Joshua has always been a protected hype job and when you truly analyse his best wins, he's beaten nothing.

: Klitschko - 41yr old, miles past his prime.
: Whyte - Coming off a drug ban and a complete boxing novice at the time.
: Povetkin - 39yr old blown up cruiserweight miles past his prime.
    : Martin - Bum.
    : Breazeale - Bum.
    : Molina - Bum.
    : Takam - 36yr old.
: Parker - Decent win but a terrible cowardly performance from both.
: Pulev - 39yr old and miles past his prime.
: Ruiz - Didn't train for the rematch and Joshua ran like a coward around a large ring for 12 rounds.
    : Franklin - Bum.
    : Wallin - Bum.
: Helenius - 39yr old European level fighter and miles past his prime.
    : Ngannou - Amateur boxer.

    Losses

    : Smashed by Ruiz.
: Convincingly outpointed by Usyk twice.
    : Smashed by Dubois.

He's lost against his 3 toughest opponents which is no surprise looking at how protected he was for most of his career.

You have done it now and poor @Mitch87 will be up all night trying to keep Joshua in his top 3 World Heavyweight CV Rankings.

12/1 winner for me Dubois round 4-6 nice! So happy I listened to my gut for the fraud AJ. Unless he’s fighting someone old or a bum he can’t do much. fighters with a pulse and under 30 year old he struggles

    Parker
    Ruiz
    Dubois

Its ok, just watched an interview with Hearn. Dubois got a lucky shot in thr first, despite the circumstances AJ nearly got him out of there in the last round round until Dubois finished it.

    Case closed then.

Had Dubois 5-8. Have never cheered for Joshua as much as in that 4th just to survive! Then he comes out with the sharpest shot of his night at the start of the 5th, then catches Dubois and looks like he’ll finish him. Great fight.

Older I’m getting, the less fighters I like and less of a snob I’m being in terms of pursuit fights. Turning into a ‘casual’ who just wants wars.

The effrontery of Hearn to mention a rematch! Mind you he has a master’s degree in that field.
Dubois is the beltholder, Joshua was the challenger, end of subject!
Hearn’s face was ashen as he spewed same old bilge to the Adi guy.
Great reaction to his sensational win by Dan, no cartwheeling about or behaving like some demented idiot, just a shrug and a smile. Great result.

Another beautiful thing to all of this, Fury's massive payday against AJ just took a slashing

From what I've seen, the british media's reaction to this has been embarrassing. Instead of celebrating a phenomenal performance by a British heavyweight, they're crying because their favourite cash cow got exposed again.

The usual matchroom FC suspects were choking back the tears on DAZN. Arse licker in chief Spencer Oliver and his mates were livid on talksport. Too much eulogising over Joshua and nowhere near enough praise for Dubois.
