Can't believe it took five pages for this to be mentioned.

For all the non brits who didn't watch this before, Jamie Moore v Matthew Macklin is one of the greatest fights ever.

the fight i have watched most is ali - foreman, i mean it didnt have the best action (look at hagler - hearns, corrales - castillo, any recent katsidis fight) but for atmosphere, drama and pure heart and determination from ali to defeat the 'unstoppable' foreman it is up there with the greatest fights of all time.

    1) Foreman - Lyle. Most Brutal HW fight EVER!!!!
    1a) Chico-Corrales. Most Brutal P4P fight EVER!!!
    3) Vasquez-Marquez III
    4) Hagler-Mugabe
    5) Toney-Jirov

Unfortunately as much as I'm a Hagler fan. the Hearns fight is very, very overrated. It lived up to the hype but as Manny Steward said in the HBO special on the fight (cant think of the series name) Hearns had no legs the whole fight b/c of a massage b4 the fight and everytime they engaged Hearns was off balance.
