Joshua belongs with matt Skelton and Audley Harrison

 

Josua and by a mile. It was a 41 yo old man at the moment, but at least he beat an atg. And at least he got 3 belts out of 4 in the HW division.

Who beat Amir Kon? an untrained maidana who couldnt even walk properly at that moment because robert rodriguez hadnt trained him yet? A 97 yo judah?

Even Amir Kon's defeats are more humiliating than the bodybuilder's.... and that's saying A LOT, becaue the bodybuilder has been humiliated like no tomorrow.

 

Joshua definitely.

I think Khan was more talented with more potential, and had more exciting fights… but it just goes to show the sum doesn’t always add up all the parts.. whether that’s related to more internal or external factors.

 

At least Joshua hasn’t been KOed by the wind of his opponents punches yet
Khan was absolute garbage.

 

Who was Khans second best win? First is obviously Midana but after that his wins are incredibly weak, maybe Devon Alexander, no disrespect to him.
As for AJ, below Klitschko, he has Povetkin, Pulev, Whyte, Wallin, Ruiz

 

Can see quite a few similarities with both, great Olympic success, huge promotional deal to start careers, gifted a title against a weak champ, chin issues, never fought their main rival until late in their careers when the fight was past its sell by date (AJ still to fight Fury), both pretty protected AJ more so but let’s see how the next year pans out for him

lol, mab??? does it even count? A washed up mab who was not a shadow of his former self, and on top of that the fight was stopped in the 5th because of a cut. Amir Kon didnt even fight the full fight vs a washed up old man who got a huge cut in the first round because of a headbut. What a great victory, man! (irony).

I have to re-watch the fight, but what a coincidence that the fight was stopped in round 5 and not in round 4.... (it would have been a no contest) when they were fighting in Amir Kon's home. That wonderful tradition of having english referees in international fights in england.

33 stiches, an artery busted, mab fighting blind from round one and the english referee and the english doctor forced him to fight 5 rounds so that Amir Kon could win the fight instead of the fight being a no contest.

That fight defines pretty well what a fraud Amir Kon is.

At least the corpse that the idiot bodybuilder defeated was in possesion of a world title and the idiot bodybuilder won the fight fair and square. We can't say the same about Amir Kon.

 

Alexander did school Maidana to be fair pretty much the only fighter who beat Maidana comfortably.

Khan has.....Judah, Malignaggi, Maidana, Alexander, Collazo, not a bad list of names but I think overall Joshua has better names.

 

AJ easily, did Khan even beat anyone as good as Povetkin?

 

Wladimir had no world titles. Fury had taken all his world titles and Wlad hadn't even fought at all since losing.

 

AJ and it's not even close.

 

Wlad hadn’t fought because fury dipped, the arranged rematch, so he fought the next best in Joshua.
Joshua has the best resume after usyk in the heavyweight division.
Also it’s worth mentioning that khan took a ban for popping hot in his last fight.
I think the only comparisons are that they have both taken heavy losses, Joshua was competitive at least on paper in most of them.
But khan’s dad was happy to throw him in with anyone and he was folded up as was expected in the fights he took with the big names, Canelo for example:
