What did he do? I know he lost the rematch and got whipped by Pretty Boy Floyd. Then the accident.

What’d you think of the stoppage, getting back on topic though? I’m empathetic to both sides.

 

I think it was a good stoppage Corrales certainly didn't seem to contest it with Tony Weeks.

One of the best rounds ever. Perfectly timed stoppage by Weeks. JLC was out on his feet , gloves down, and was about to get seriously hurt. No doubt Chico ditchin is mouthpiece twice helped him to get his bearings and a quick breather, he got rocked and the extra time looks like may have helped

Corrales won man. I remember that fight and that round, and Castillo subsequent weight cheating, and the motorbike story...tragic.
