With these exact stipulations? Floyd. Historically I think Holyfield was greater but at age 37, I think Floyd was better.

 

I tentatively go with Patterson on points.

 

Hard to say since both had nearly emptied their tanks by this point but my gut says Holyfield on points.

 

I think it's unfair to compare the two fighters because one of them was pumped up on foreign substances. Floyd fought using his natural body.
