For each of the last 3 weeks, I have thought the fight was on that weekend.
My youtube and social media have been flooded with Beter - Bivol content. The promoters have either spent a fortune on advertising or maybe there's enough actual buzz to create some virality.
I'm hyped as hell.

Thoughts on Wardley-Clarke II? It should be another exciting fight. Just a little ticked that it will be for the British title. Saudi Arabia never was part of the British Empire nor the Commonwealth. However if the fight was in Yemen, it would have been okay since it was the Protectorate of South Arabia for a period of time.

Bivol tends to just cover up on the ropes, defend himself as much as possible and then retaliates with quick and accurate combinations. This is recipe for a great fight given Beterbievs strengths and weaknesses.

 

Covering up on the ropes against Beterbiev isn't a great idea to say the least. He needs to try and avoid being on the ropes as much as possible.

 

It´s inevitable. One of the reasons why I picked Canelo to beat him.
However, Bivol´s defense is absolutely spot on, so Beterbiev won´t easily through to him. But I expect both men to shine when Bivol is pushed to the ropes.

 

Should be an incredible contest. Such as interesting mesh of styles.

 

I respect and appreciate both fighters but I have to back Beterbiev for this one. I think he’ll win but also hoping it’s a great fight for however long it last.
