    Olascuaga starts out well. Pins Gonzalez on the ropes, picks his shots and getting the better of the exchanges. Gonzalez seems slightly befuddled. Cut from a headbutt occurs midway on Gonzalez' eyebrow. Ref stops to check Gonzalez. Ref lets the fight to go, however Gonzalez doesn't want to go on. Ref waves it off and fight is called a ND.

    No contest. Very underwhelming.

    Jimmy Lennon announced the fight as a ND, but on boxrec it's listed as a technical draw.

    I've always known that Gonzalez is a huge *****. Somehow he still manages to be a despicable ****. Even the Top Rank crew are tearing him a new one.

    Part of me feels that Gonzalez felt some early power of Olascuaga and took the cut as a chance to bail from a loss. Unfortunate for Olascuaga.
