Artur Beterbiev vs prime Joe Louis

The guy who had a close fight with bivol vs one of the two greatest hwt champs of all time. lol

 

5’9 Galento probably decks Artur if he landed the same shot he did against Louis. 230 pounds, crouching with momentum in his favour.

Artur and Galento meet the same result against Louis anyway, Joe is just a bigger and better version of Artur.

 

Joe Louis swatted around super heavyweights. If Beterbiev fought Joe Joyce he would get squashed. Louis struggled with slicker faster lighter fighters (Charles, Walcott, Conn, Schmeling) but that's not Beterbiev.

 

Being knocked down by a 234 lb power puncher is indeed a better knockdown than Callum Smith if you want to do it like that, yes.

 

I really like Beterbiev. Louis would murder him. Bivol landed combinations on Artur all night. If Louis did that it would be lights out. And if Joe was properly motivated, it would likely end early.

You know.................I'd really like the myth of Beterbiev's ability to come to a close. The comparisons of him beating not only current HW's but Mt Rushmore and Mt Rushmore adjacent HW's is tiring at this point. Beterbiev hasn't even proven (and never will) that he has the ability to move up one division and conquer that, let alone the HW division.

I say this saying Beterbiev is a great, great fighter....................but let's be forreal for just a moment.

 

Louis destroys every heavyweight right now, most people have no idea how special he was.
