Morbid perhaps, but with Tyson fighting Paul and all of the other nonsense going on in boxing these days, why not? Let’s say both are given 6 months to train…would you watch a rematch? Who would win at this point?
I dread to think of all of the klit fans who would come streaming out of the woodwork were Vitali to beat Lewis in an exhibition match.
Vitali would win but I wouldn't want to watch it. Crazy to think though that if they fought now they wouldn't do anything unseen, they would just repeat what Larry Holmes and Mike Weaver did. I mean, it's 2024, 21 years since their first fight. Holmes and Weaver first met in 1979 and then had rematch in 2000.
Only if the winner was going to fight the winner of Jake Paul v Tyson or it was on the undercard of the Paul v Tyson fight.
