GGG in his Prime circa 2014 would stop both of them on the same night. GGG was far greater than them both and would’ve absolutely destroyed them looking at their performance last week
There's weight classes for a reason. GGG isn't stopping anyone at that level two weight classes bigger. Edit: Any Canelo fangirls/GGG haters liking my comment can **** off. A Prime GGG is still a unit and would have KO'd the ginger roid diva.
Not sure who you think GGG was. Fighting Bivol and Beterbiev is far different than the opposition GGG was fighting back then. On top that, both are two weight classes higher? GGG would get straight up out boxed by Bivol and stopped by Beterbiev.
For all the hype and magical street cred they get for being born into the dying Warsaw Pact, they didnt look that great, did they? Didnt leave it all in the ring like Ward vs Gatti. Didnt look fast and brilliant like Sugar Ray and Duran that first time. Or Hagler vs take your pick. Or Usyk vs Belly even. They didnt look as good as DuBois vs AJ. They did not distinguish themselves relative to the company they wish to see themselves (and more importantly be generally recognized) as peers to.
As mad as it sounds... I think GGG could beat Beterbiev 3/10 times if they fought. Less likely to beat Bivol but GGG would be able to take the best shots of Beterbiev with no issues and we have seen Beterbiev badly hurt, GGG vs Beterbiev would be a brutal fight and GGG has the better chin and isnt that much smaller. GGG cannot be beaten by thudding power, the only way to get GGG out of there is with a perfect single shot from a top 5 ever puncher, Beterbiev doesn't havet he single power shot to put GG down I think Bivol is a worse matchup for GGG than Beterbiev
