    You can thank the IBF who must be the only ones on the planet that think beating Armend Xhoxhaj gets you a mandatory spot. Opetaia got an exception on his last fight. He must fight Cinkara before Jan 20 from the top of my head.

    Zakhozhyi looked pretty good last time around. Not sure how he works his way into a fight with a name opponent. Risk reward equation isn't on his side.
