problems running

    i know what you mean, a muscle on my left hip is tighter than it should be, its been like that for years, when i run i place too much stess on my knee, only recently i found out about this.

    anyways i wasn't going to mope around feeling bad, i decided to stay involved in the sport and now i coach the juniors at my club, starting next month i will also be training the seniors until i heal.
