Never forget how this fight happening was a miracle. Never forget how long Fury delayed, clowned at the negotiating table. Never forget how we got endless excuses for Chisora III and Ngannou. Never forget Fury was on the brink of being stopped by 37-years old Usyk after a career of fighting killers.

Never forget London Usyk makes the bum look even worse.

And the "split" decisions Fury and Joshua were gifted are still not okay. It's a miracle Usyk is good enough to beat both his opponents and the three judges while on the road.

I'm still a little bit shocked at how fragile and antagonistic the Usyk / Joshua fans get in these threads, Fury has got really deep under their skin, and even though Fury is quite clearly in decline from his mentally Ill, alcoholism, drug addiction, and erratic weight issues, it's clear that the Usyk fans still think this declining version of Fury is a big threat to the legacy of their man in the rematch.

On the other hand, Fury fans have shown nothing but respect for Usyk, I've not seen a single Fury fan on the forum deny that Usyk won the fight, that Usyk is a truly great fighter, and yet we are here a few months later with all the Usyk fans on edge, feeling insecure consumed with bitter comments.

Just imagine the reaction if this shot version of Fury becomes the 3 time champ, the undisputed number 1 of the era.

Back when I was a reading only person on this forum, I recall a good handful of topics after the fight claiming that Fury won the fight. Not to mention, it seems like all the obnoxious Fury fans that were very actively gloating about how Fury will win and is an ATG yadayada etc all mysteriously seem to have stopped posting after the match for some unknown reason. Wonder what happened, but I guess they all got busy.

It also doesn't help that Fury himself and his vocal fans were often very unlikable since well before the Usyk match, and the nature of an anonymous social media network when someone that is hated due to their own fault goes down after being smug for so long, that is usually a que that everyone is allowed to jump on him while down because "he deserves it" so to speak.

Part of me really wants to say that as a professional it is Furys job to put everything else to one side and bring his best performance every time.

But another part of me knows I went through something very similar and took 4 weeks of work to recover.

I can't criticise a man who has watched his wife suffer a later term miscarriage (barbaric name for what it is, in reality it's the death of a child).

Not getting into any level of back and forth with anyone on this thread. Just wanted to express my thoughts.

    Bingo!

I will add it is all a crock of ****, anyway. He wasn't talking about his family, he was disrespecting his wife and family with, "get paid, get laid..." I won't say that it didn't affect him at all, but it sure wasn't his focus and it sure didn't make him care for his wife any more greatly, or even to keep his poisoned thoughts to himself.

Seriously, my prayers are for Paris.

We can deduce from Fury's historical thrash talking record the man was clearly one of the most destructive nickname givers in the game.

He called Deontay Wilder a bum dosser.
    Cunningham a wannabe gangsta.
    Price a plumber from Liverpool.
Tony Bellew as Price's gay lover.
Anthony Joshua a blown up bodybuilder.
    Lennox Lewis a has been.
    He called Wladimir a Klit.
He even called Joe Rogan a bald midget.

But when it came to Usyk, Fury held back, kept things respectful only nicknaming Usyk as a gappy teeth middleweight rabbit. Which is a very soft verbal attack when we compare it to Fury's past lyrical masterpieces. All Fury had to do was to add the letter P infront of Usyk's name and he would have labeled Usyk as PUSY-k. That would have been one of the most painful nicknames to carry in the sport of boxing. But Fury held back.

Now if I can think of something as simple as adding the letter P to Usyk name to get PusyK, best believe Tyson Fury a verbal assault specialist knew he could have done the same. But instead Fury showed Usyk mercy, kept it playful by limiting the name calling to 'rabbit'.

Fury has only been respectful in his thrash talking leading up to the Usyk fights. He showed some camaraderie, some banter and even signed a picture of himself getting cracked by an Usyk's left hand. But Usyk has taken this kindness of Fury as weakness and disrespectfully called him Greedy Belly. Completely uncalled for. And very much out of character for Usyk to go this low. To be honest, as a fan of verbal thrash talking I gotta give credit to the nickname greedy belly, Usyk did well with that one. Perhaps Usyk winning the verbal nickname thrash talking gave him the psychological edge in their fight. Fury might need to disrespect Usyk properly this time in a scathing, vicious verbal assault to regain the psychological edge in their rematch.

If he wants that kind of recognition he will need to stop Usyk. May the best man win. It's gonna be good.

Another ESB Soldier masterpiece, jam packed full of eloquent wordsmithery and irrefutable fact.

I cant believe how nervous and fragile the Usyk / Joshua combined brotherhood has become, expect a campaign of 'Furys too scared to fight' leading up to december 21, but before they know it, the first bell will ring where they shall watch the shot to **** Fury through their shaking fingertips. One hour later, Greedy Belly shall grab Buffers microphone and echo the immortal line "THE KING....HAS RETURNED....TO THE THRONE"

That makes no sense, if his 100% doesn't exist then what you deem his 75% might well be the best he can be, in essence that's Furys 100%.

100% means your full potential. losing half his ass would help his mobility, getting him closer to potential. having the discipline to do the work to lose half his ass would also add to his potential. but fury is the type of guy that needs an excuse for failure. he is afraid to do his best because if its not enough, he has to face the reality that he isnt who he tells himself he is. but if he didnt train like he should, then he can bull**** himself into believing thats the reason he got stretched out. it aint cause the guy is better.
