Reality is - thus far only evidence is for the fact that Khalif is a biological male. The reason this report is believable - is it follows up on what one could already read between the lines from IBA statements.

I find it in teresting - in the IBA vs IOC row - that You had one side saying:
"We did scientific testing in independent, certified labs - and We can share our results with You if You allow us to. We'll also pay the boxer for their expenses if They wish to appeal our ruling"
    ..and the other side saying:
"No, We don't need it. We will read what's written on a passport and We won't make any further testing".

... and somehow the scepticism is towards the first, not the second position.
Now if IOC refuses to investigate the matter, then anything else is always going to be "just speculation" and "tinyfoil hat stuff" - since only They have ability to ban/disqualify boxers and put out the "official" statement on it.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but only after undefeated Russian boxer was defeated by Imane, those "male" reports popped up. That's what makes it most sketchy. Now it looks like they are still beating a dead horse with this report news, just bringing an old story for more clicks. Also, I read that Imane is going to court because of fake allegations, and I hope that it will be settled then.

Sorry there is no evidence, yet. That's my point.

It's the credibility of the IBA and there report that's in question. Your source is the IBA. No medical report has been produced and checked by an independent body.

So yeah tinfoil hat stuff pal

Tinyfoil hat stuff is believing that checking passport alone is a good way of determining eligibility of athlethe to compete in female divisions in the Olympics. Other federations/associations, responsible for rules and regulations in other sports, already figured it out. World Athlethics for example changed rulings year or 2 ago - and now don't allow anyone who have gone through "male puberty" to compete in female divisions.

There are issues with credibility of IBA, I accept it - but They look far more credible here than IOC. IBA did actual work in scientific manner and are offering to share their results (IOC and national boxing bodies in Algeria and Taiwan did not agree to it).
They do have evidence - what can be argued is whether it's conclusive. We won't find out if IOC refuses to investigate it and in situation like this You can't call independent journalism a " tinyfoil hat stuff". It's just as tinofoil as investigating government corruption.

    Going round in circles.

    No "evidence" is just that.

You believe what you want to believe. I'll wait for proof.

Interview with Imane's coach from couple months ago:

    So We now know that:
    A) There were "Problems" with hormones and chromosomes.
    B) Imane needed medication to lower testosternone levels, to be able to compete with women.
    C) Imane was in fact examined by the hospital that is mentioned in the leaked report (Kremlin-Bicetre University Hospital in Paris)
