Lol the fight should have happened in 2018 but promoter egos got in the way as usual. It's funny to think that one of those guys could have been undisputed now with how their careers never quite went to plan.
If he decides to carry on then the only weapon he possesses is the right hand, now if he throws it with intent he likely will lose, but if he does not throw it with intent he definitely loses, so Mr Wilder come out swinging the gloves or hang them up.
You guys are way to negative about Wilder. He did seem to be throwing his right hand a lot more in the Zang fight than against Parker. It was just a shootout between Zang and Wilder. Zang just had more experience, to much pressure and better fundamentals. Zang hits just freakishly hard. I think that Wilder would do just fine with AJ if he is agressive from the start. He has to be, because AJ cannot take any pressure, like we saw with Dubois.
Suddenly it's a more logical, relevant fight than it has been since Fury ate Wilder's soul. The basis for it not happening in Saudi is that Wilder turned out to be shot vs Parker/Zhang, but now that AJ looks done as well, it's suddenly looking more evenly matched while being a big-name fight.
