    Wilder vs

    Berbick
    Smith
    Thomas
    Old Holmes
    Tony Tucker
    Tony Tubbs
    Michael Spinks
    Carl Williams
    Frank Bruno
    Buster Douglas
    Bruce Seldon
    Buster Mathis Jr.
    1996 Evander Holyfield

And we'll throw in Razor Ruddock even though he wasn't a title defense. Could Wilder do as well as Tyson? Could he do better? Or does he do worse? He fights the versions that fought Tyson.

Wilder could end up with a 50/50 record most of those opponents would be better than 98 percent of Wilder's wins.

Bruno would be a hell of a fight for Wilder. If Bruno had better stamina, I may pick him to win.

    Beats:
    Carl Williams
    Frank Bruno
    Buster Mathis Jr.

    Loses to:
    Thomas
    Tony Tucker
    Ruddock
    1996 Evander Holyfield

    Can't say:
    Berbick
    Smith
    Old Holmes
    Tony Tubbs
    Michael Spinks
    Carl Williams
    Buster Douglas

But he'd still look 100% as bad as he usually does.

You have him losing to the limited Ruddock, but Tokyo Douglas is close to call?

He'll probably beat a few,at most 3-4 but loses to the rest.

He is a bit underrated, he would do a little better than it seems, but it is hard to expect that he would be lucky to be at his best in every fight. There would be weaker fights, unexpected victories and defeats, because Wilder has some outstanding and some average features.

for me he would be the favorite with Thomas, Spinks (I don't know what will happen to this Spinks), he would easily destroy Seldon and Bruno II, Williams. I'd give him 50-50 with Biggs, Smith, Tubbs, Bruno I, Tucker, Ruddock but if I had to,
I would choose Wilder. I wouldn't favor him over Berbick, old Holmes, Douglas, Holyfield. In my opinion, he would win at least half of these fights and he could get some wins very easily.

Holyfield aside, I will pick Wilder to beat everybody in that list. Holmes on his heyday would easily school Wilder, but this is a fat, out-of-shape and untrained Holmes, so he will go down as well. It is true that Wilder did not beat any guy of good reputation, but it is also true that Wilder did not lose to ANYBODY is his prime years. The cross that he threw at Tyson Fury in 2018 would have ended the fight with any of Tyson's opponents bar Holyfield. It took Fury's iron chin to come out of it.

Buster Mathis Jr. wasn't a title defense.

Win some, lose some. I see no chance of him going thru that lot without some L.

Old Holmes would have beaten him for sure, assuming he managed to get past the first 3, which is by no means a sure thing.

Why you think Holmes would win for sure?
