We all know the last thing to go is power. However I was wondering is there any good examples of boxers over 40 near or at world level who were able to dance and move around the ring for the majority of a fight? Or maybe the legs just don’t last like the power

Bernard Hopkins. See his fights with Antonio Tarver and Kelly Pavlik.

Rigondeaux when he was 40, not now, but when he was 40 precisely, he still was and he was still top level.

Rigondeaux has a great case for deserving the win over Casimero at over age 40, and he barely threw a punch.

Vitali was hard to hit at 40.

I would be hard to hit against that level of competition.

Duràn,he did get hit a bit much, but for a guy his size, age and style, he's quite elusive and crafty.

40-ish fighters like this are rare tbh.

Funny isn't it how it is the legs that are the first thing to go and what a great impact the legs play.
A fighter could have the fastest hands in the universe but if his legs are gone it doesn't matter.

Pac's win over Thurman was impressive to say the least. Old man Pac put in about 6 to 8 high octane rounds before he slowed. VERY impressive being 10 years his senior
