The probability this to happen is about as high as pulling david beckham out of his couch and speculating if he will outperform current world top level football players TODAY

I personally don't recognise Wilder as ever being THE CHAMPION. I did recognise AJ and Ruiz, the lineal lines end, there is really no such thing. You can definitely argue the lineal aspect to a degree but tv networks and promoters only use it now to justify their house fighter. However if AJ or Ruiz were no longer recognised as historical world champions, I wouldn't have a problem with that.

I don't recognize Wilder as ever being the champion. AJ was very close to gaining universal recognition in March 2018, but then Fury came back. So to me he was "just" an unified title holder, as close to being a champion as he could be. Usyk had a claim as the champion since August 2022 after he beat AJ for the second time, since Fury claimed to be retired, but solidified himself as such in May.

Dubois situation is even worse, as the IBF belt he has was stripped off of the guy who already beat him. So in my eyes he has 0 claims to be called the champion.

If I was to summarize my view of the heavyweight world championship, the only champions in this century would be Lewis x2, Rahman, Wlad, Fury and Usyk. Vitali had a weak claim in 04/05 before he retired for the first time, AJ had a claim between March and June 2018 and Usyk had a claim from August 2022 solidifing himself in May this year.

Of course it is but I was making a comparison about how the WBA regular belt is a fake title which was the perception of the WBO in the 90's

Nowhere in my post do I not call Foreman a champion at age 45 or question the legitimacy of the Moorer win

The short answer is no. The long answer is also no.

The long answer would be: depending on how they will promote that win. History tend to be rewritten as it goes. The WBO situation is a good example. It wasn't considered a major world title until 2007. But now, Oscar De La Hoya is considered 6 division champ, even tho he was only a WBO title holder in 2 of them. Wlad is considered the longest reigning heavyweight champion if we count his WBO reign, but nobody considered him the champion at the time. Vitali is viewed as the 3 time champion even tho his first title reign was under the WBO while Lennox was considered the undisputed champ. If someone spins it good, Wlad will be known as the oldest heavyweight champion in the history of the sport.

Right. If he isn't making unifications, or an eliminator ordered by a sanctioning body, that Turki guy is a pretty horrible matchmaker on his own.

He's going to get someone killed.

The WBO in the 90’s was classed as the lesser title but not as low as the regular title

Also Foreman won the lineal title by beating Moorer

Yeah, I've actually considered that, there but for the major difference that the WBA already has a world champion. The WBO never had that particular hurdle to overcome, it being a standalone belt, it only had to gain recognition. I don't think there's a pipeline for the "regular" belt to ever be considered en masse by the public or the alphabet as "world", nor a future scenario for it to be retroactively upgraded as the super champion is the world champion.

Combine that with the fact if the super title is vacant, the regular champion eventually becomes the super champion which leaves the regular vacant until someone else wins it...................and on and on

This also being pretty much consensus among the public and other orgs:
"is only considered the primary champion by the other three major sanctioning bodies (WBC, IBF, and WBO) if the Super title is vacant". The regular title is basically the NABF, or the WBC continental etc...

Daniel Dubois is already being introduced as a "two time heavyweight champion" because he was holding the Regular belt for some time, so I wouldn't be so sure.

No regular belt has never meant anything regarding world title recognition, Povetkin was a good fighter but he never held a world title. I would be disappointed in Wlad if he didn't knock out these two even if he were 58, it's time for Pulev and Charr to stop hanging around nobody better than the older man to finally rid us of them.
