    Agreed
Ali is the greatest and even he was far from his best with 3 years out and that's as a strict Muslim who likely didn't drink or do drugs, never mind gaining over 100lb of weight

This bum version of Fury mangled Usyks face and pushed him close. The prime Wlad version would absolutely play with him

I'm not particularly making excuses about fury being shot.

I THOUGHT he was absolutely finished after Ngannou. He looked horrible.

But despite losing he looked pretty darn good against Usyk, maybe not so shot after all

Shot Fury beating the "goat" isn't a good look
We may have to rethink why we think usyk is greater than ray Robinson, Harry greb, Leonard, Ali, Duran etc

Maybe beating a few nobodies at cw, bellew, Aj and chisora isn't all that great

    Shot Fury knock out Saturday

Unreal. Imagine the outrage from the Belly fans if the roles were reversed? That was a rhetorical question because I already know the ones who actually have integrity abandoned the ship long ago.

Usyk is going to have to KO Belly to come away with a SD loss this time because the deck will be even more heavily stacked against him and the Belly fans know this too but they don't care

Ustk was already robbed over in Saudi by one of the judges in the first AJ fight when one of them inexplicably scored the fight to AJ when he won at best 4 rounds

And that was after one of the judges in the first fight in the UK tried their best to rob him when they somehow managed to find 5 rounds for AJ in a fight Usyk dominated apart from a couple of rounds

And yet again Usyk was robbed by one of the judges over in Saudi against Belly when one of them ever so conveniently inexplicably scored the fight to Belly and the ref robbed Usyk of a KO win in the 9th round. Had the roles been reversed he would've waved it off

And this is after Belly won a highly controversial decision over in Saudi in his previous fight that most had him losing

And look at the big ugly fat shaved chimp playing the victim here by calling for Chris Mannix and the commentators to be fair to him this time. That's the same Mannix who said he scored 5 of the first 6 rounds of the first fight to Belly and thinks it was a fight of two halves, a bizarre narrative which has little basis in reality and one which inly grew wings thanks to biased pro Belly British shill commentators and pundits and fans who act like Belly was dominating the fight in the first three rounds when at best he only won 1 of them.

Belly is the one who had the deck stacked heavily in his favour and I didn't see any Ukrainian commentators or pundits on any of the broadcasts. Belly clearly lost the fight and the commentary was biased in his favour if anything so what the hell is that dosser talking about?

That's the same Belly who shamelessly ducked and messed Usyk around for years, tried to age him out, who after his own promoter went on record saying the fight would be easy to make and the split would be 50-50 then tried to wriggle out of the fight and continue with the duck by offering Usyk a highly unfair, insulting and disrespectful 70-30 split despite the fact that Usyk is way more accomplished amateur and pro, held three belts to his one, was the P4P #1

And after Usyk had a;ready agreed to fight him in his country and concede even more advantages to him when he was already conceding obscene physical advantages in weight, reach, height and size to him

And then when Usyk called his bluff he tried to back out again and it took the Saudis offering him an £115 million purse and Usyk a £35 million one to entice him out of the chicken coop and his promoter being business partners with the host who staged the fight who also openly cheerleads Belly admits to being one of his biggest fans

And he forced Usyk to accept that highly disrespectful and unfair split despite knowing full well Usyk's country was at war and the more Usyk earned the more of it would be donated to the victims of it. What a POS

But Belly has the audacity to play the victim and his fans have the audacity to do the same when every ounce of criticism and hate he's been subjected to is thoroughly deserved and is categorically all his own doing

Usyk is older than Fury and has had an insane number of fights, amateur, pro and WSB. I agree that Uysk is in better condition and have always said so, but its not an absolute thing.

Fury did not have any fight in which he displayed the skills to "dogwalk" Usyk.

Fair point re your impression after the Ngannou fight though many felt that Fury was too complacent and came into the fight in poor shape also.

Basically, the suggestions were (by many Fury fans) that Fury he was understated against Ngannou and many waxed lyrical about what a well conditioned Fury would do to Usyk.

Well, they got a well conditioned Fury who looked better than he had in quite some time…but, the excuses still flowed after he got beaten

    - and of course I’m not referring to you specifically or at all in terms of plying endless excuses - you have even handedly assessed Fury as per his performance against Ngannou and Usyk also - not just falling back on the Ngannou fight -

    - a fight that saw Fury struggle for other reasons aside from his alleged degree of deterioration anyway.

Francis was big, strong and could punch in his own right - arguably somewhat of stylistic nightmare for a guy like Fury because he couldn’t maul and lean or avail himself of the associated breathers he often enjoyed from said tactics.

Definitely a suburb match, though I can’t agree that it was close nor was it one-sided either. It was a tough yet clear victory for Usyk in my personal opinion.
I also still insist that if it wasn’t for the referee, Fury would’ve been knocked out.

What makes this a first class event and fight is the fact that you will always be on your toes watching this. You just never know what could happen.

I think he will pull it off despite being a shadow

Ngannou toyed with Fury, all logic points to a shot Fury falling to his 3rd defeat in a row, up against one of the greatest fighters of my lifetime in Oleksandr Usyk.

Yet theres just a feeling that the Boxing Gods have one last hurrah in store for Fury before he falls completely into being a journeyman for up and comers to pepper all over the ring.

3 times coming up, even the Usyk fans can sense what's coming :deal:

Fury climbs off the canvas at least once to stop Usyk in 6 in the fight of the year.
