Both in primes I think this would make for a great tactical fight with plenty of good exchanges. Who takes this one?

The Sultan wins, more durable, a bit better overall.

I gave Ibragimov a points win on the poll. Neither man’s resume is particularly stacked but I think Sultan was a smarter fighter with better savvy and stamina.

Sultan before the Ray Austin fight knock out. Sultan after the Austin fight decision.

Sultan was a genuinely good-looking fighter for a time IMO. Seldon just had a jab & that's basically it.

Prime for prime Ibragimov stops him, he’s a different level to Seldom who was predictable, stiff, he’d be constantly walking onto the straight left, it’d be easy for Ibragimov to set him up for it.

Ibragimov without a shadow of a doubt.

Seldon was in an incredibly weak HW era.

The 90s? Fantastic HW era. Seldon might not have been the cream of the crop of those times, but it was an era filled with talent.

Seldon had a lot of the tools physically. His jab was something to behold. He could get a little undisciplined on the attack and stand on line. And of course there were heart issues. But the tools were there.

Sultan is not going to spook him and make him take a dive but I think he will outskill and outdiscipline Seldon by a narrow margin.

He does get underrated here. His level was similar to Schultz, Morrison, 94 Foreman, etc but he burned out quickly and had a small window.

One of the very best eras in the history of the division.

He wasn’t quite at that level, but if it helps with your emotions that’s fine with me.
