Usyk proved me wrong yet again lol. Fantastic fighter.

Judging by his comments in the post fight interview, it doesn't seem like he'll retire anytime soon. Do you think he'll eventually get beaten or will he retire undefeated? A lot of the greats continued for a bit too long, I wonder if that will also be the case here.

Everyone can find a defeat out there if they look hard enough for it. It's on some level dishonourable to spend your whole life kicking other peoples asses and not wait around for at least one guy to kick yours before retiring. Usyk strikes me as the type of guy to seek out that defeat and not be in the least bit bothered by it when he finds it.

I actually think he will. But one thing is for certain… Prime Usyk is and will remain undefeated and it’s amazing what he’s STILL able to do being 3-4 years past his best.

No boxer in history beats Prime Usyk imo. A couple capable sure, but wouldn’t put any money on it. He’s really a once in a lifetime fighter.

I don't think he will. He will fight on until a bad decision goes against him, or something.

Doesn't matter at this point, though.

I'd like for him to. Would put him in a very exclusive club, and he'd have one of the better resumes. If I'm thinking right it'd also make him one of only five heavyweight champions to retire with wins over all his opponents: Rocky Marciano, Lennox Lewis, Vitali Klitschko and... Ingemar Johansson. Still weird to realize he's in that club  Also Riddick Bowe if you discount his NC against Mathis.

Personally, I'd like for him to fight Parker if he gets past Dubois and Zhang (since Wilder's basically irrelevant now, what better than the guy who shut him out and the guy who gave him his most vicious knockout loss?) and then call it a day. The Zhang fight in particular, since they're my two favorite heavies and have been since I got into the sport. I know how it likely goes, but I just wanna see my two favorites go at it, damn it :sisi1

Unless he fights until 45-50 which I doubt he will.

I can't see any of the current crop of HWs and CWs beating him. I think Opetaia would give him the toughest fight though.

I think he doesn't stop until he gets beaten, and then tries again. He loves the challenge boxing gives him so much, that I think it will be very hard to quit for him.

He also seems genuinely and deeply religious though, so maybe if people around him ask him to stop for the good of the family or something like that, he will.

I'd like him to retire undefeated - he deserves to. But he probably won't. They rarely do.
