What if Mike Tyson knocked out Danny Williams in the 1st round (which meant he wouldn't have tore his rotator cuff) and Bob Arum did go through with a title shot for Tyson? Would Iron Mike stop Ironfist Klitschko?

    Tyson was on the wane.
Klitschko survive s the early rounds onslaught and Tyson gets pulled out by the seventh round.

Vitali was probably in his prime then and gave Lennox a very good fight. Mike Tyson was over a decade past his prime.

I think Tyson would have started aggressively winning a couple of rounds, but Vitali's superior jab and engine/stamina would stop Tyson. Vitali was an top fighter, I'd possibly have given Vitali the edge against prime Spinks TBH.

Vitali by one-sided beatdown and mid-round stoppage. Tyson was beyond shot at that point

Yep. That's about the only way I can see this one going. It's just a matter of whether Tyson quits on the stool, fouls himself out of the fight, or gets deposited onto the canvas. That version of Mike probably can't beat a prime Maurice Harris, much less Vitali Klitschko...
