    It was the counters that troubled pacquiao not necessarily pressure fighting. Morales took a page out of the marquez fight but made it better by also fighting on the front foot and deciding to swarm him anytime he stunned pacquiao with a counter. I'm aware he can have trouble with counterpunchers

    Manny At 130lbs was pre-steroid, Chavez may well have been in his prime at 130, certainly 135.
    I find zero reasons to think Manny would win...if a faded Morales could rake Pacman over the coals
    along the ropes Chavez brutally stops him with attrition ,,,around the 12th

    All great pressure fighters (JCC being one of the best) are counter punchers, everything in boxing is a counter, silly term IMO nothing personal.

    yes but there's boxers that have gameplans primarily focused on countering opportunities. of course every boxer counters
