What about Tank Gervonta Davis the way he sets up his opponents to be knocked out.

Loma obviously and whilst mixing sublime offensive with defence seamlessly and making it look like art

He's still #3 on the overall plus minus stats even now despite the fact he's well past his prime, is fighting outside his natural weight class, is routinely giving away huge physical advantages that no one else is the compubox top 10 is other than sometimes Clenelo, who unlike Loma but so very alike many other multiple weight champs, especially North American ones, had to jack himself with PEDs to help him bridge the gap to become multi weight champ

The kind of physical advantages that not only aren't the others doing but bizarrely (sarc) their fans deem criminally unfair and outrageous for their favs to give away way less than even once, let alone come close to giving away as much as he's doing routinely even once. And even more impressive, unlike the other who turned pro way younger, 135 is only his third weight class because he turned pro much older. Had he turned pro at the same age as they did it would be at least his 5th, 5th or even more depending on age.

Just look at the size disparity between him and his opponents in the ring and the ones between them and theirs. It's night and day and that makes a huge difference. There either is no disparity whatsoever between them and their opponents or there is but it's their boys being bigger or much bigger

To be fair, Berlangy and Mung did look a lot heavier than Clenelo but they're both trash and the reach disparity is only a couple of inches not close to six

And in addition to that Loma has fought way more world champions and punchers than those have gloves won't travel home warriors ranked above him and almost all were in their primes not ripe for the picking battleworn OAPs at the end of very long and hard careers who had all the stuffing knocked out of them

Shakur is #1 overall but not only has he been huge/big or pretty big for every weight class he's campaigned in he's fought a whopping grand total of 3 world champions in 22 fights all of whom either much smaller or his size and in his home country. Valdez, Herring, and Robson. His best win Valdez looked 2 divisions smaller and Loma schooled him 11-1 in the ams with a broken hand for goodness sake

Not to mention Shakur is so risk averse and boring even his own fans in his hometown boo him and walk out of his fights

When Loma was actually in his prime and fighting just one division outside his natural weight class where he wasn't routinely giving away huge physical advantages he was not only far and away #1 on the plus minus stats he was putting up numbers not seen since Floyd.

'Following his dazzling performance vs. Nicholas Walters, Vasyl Lomachenko takes over the #1 spot on CompuBox's Plus Minus List with a +20.9 rating. He's the highest rated fighter since Floyd Mayweather (+24.5). Lomachenko also ranks #1 in opponents connect pct. at 16.1%-- .7% higher than master boxer Guillermo Rigondeaux.

This stat is so impressive given Loma is the busier offensive fighter (22 of 59.5 per round) to Rigos 11.6 of 49.4 per round. Normally a busier fighter is more susceptible to opponents counters. Mayweather avg'd 16.9 of 38.9 per round.

Money opponents landed 18.9%. Lomachenko lands 49.4% of his power punches, 12.1% higher than the CompuBox average. Lomachenko's opponents land just 22.7% of their power punches, 14.6% lower than the CompuBox average.'

Its got to be Inoue, to be KO'ing guys like he does in those lower weight classes is no mean feat.

In a lot of his fights it honestly looks like the fight goes as long as he wants it to, when he figures out an opponent/decides to go full on offensive his opponent is just taken for a ride to the KO.

One thing you should've noticed with some of these massive weight bullies is that due to being much naturally bigger than their opponents they don't have to load up on their shots. They can just let the shots and combos flow freely and the weight of their shots will be that much heavier (unless they're complete featherfists) because, duh, they are actually that much naturally bigger and heavier than their opponents and guess what happens when they do move up in weight and start fighting opponents their size? Their shots don't seem to have the same effect as they did against leprechauns and the KOs dry up

And obviously it's a lot easier to be more offensive minded and less risky against fighters you're much naturally bigger than or who can't punch or are average punchers at best than it is against bigger, much bigger ones and legit puncher and KO artists your size, bigger or much bigger

Inoue. One shot, one k_ll at the shortest time possible, at his earlier lower weights. Precision, punch selection, explosion. Then as he moved up, the man couldn't be easily outboxed, and could fight a chess match.

I see Loma mentioned a few times but he lacks power so he is far from a complete offensive fighter. Complete means you have all the bases covered.

Are we in kindergarten here?

As I already explained albeit it's not like it wasn't already obvious

Loma is tiny for 135, which would be like his 6th division if not more had he turned pro when he was a teenager like almost all his peers not his third, and unlike all of his said peers, and in complete contrast to many of them, is routinely fighting opponents who are 2-3 divisions heavier than him with much longer or way longer reaches than him.

    Old post

    Explain this one to me?

So as Loma is obviously tiny for 135, is routinely facing opponents who are way bigger, heavier and longer than him and has fought many legit bangers and KO artists not only his size or bigger but way bigger too

And he's fought 13 world champions in just 21 fights, all either in their prime or close to it, 9 of them much or way bigger than him, 10 of them bigger, 2 the same size and only one smaller than him

And he's fighting on the road or in his opponent's backyards all the time too

Despite this he still sports a KO 66% and has KO'd, stopped, dropped, badly hurt or hurt every fighter he has fought at 135 sans Teo, a division which, as said, is only his third one because he turned pro aged 25 not in his teens.

    Linares was KO'd
    Kambosos was KO'd
    Crolla was KO'd
    Nakatani was KO'd

Pedraza was dropped x 2 and very nearly KO'd
Commey was dropped and very nearly KO'd
Campbell was dropped and very nearly KO'd

When I say very nearly KO'd I mean like they escaped getting KO'd by the skin of their teeth

    Haney was hurt
    Ortiz was hurt

All of them were much or way bigger than Loma

Despite the big/huge physical disadvantages he's routinely giving away, he still simultaneously remains one of the very best offensive and best defensive fighters in the sport and is great to watch and isn't stinking the joint out running like a cheetah, holding like an octopus, ducking below waist level, stiff-arming etc.

Haney was absolutely gigantic for 135 and 140 too and is way bigger and heavier than everyone he's beaten

    He sports a KO 48%

Has never stopped a single world champion he's fought even though he was way bigger than all of them

3 of the 6 he's fought were old men

2 shot to bits and have been stopped in 10 of their combined 14 losses and were known to be chinny in their primes against opponents their own size

Has only scored 1 KD in his last 8 fights and only 1 KD in his entire career against a world champion

Shakur was a very big 126, moved up immediately after winning the belt, lost his title at 130 on the scales after his 2nd defence and 5th fight at the weight because he couldn't make weight anymore at that weight which he was also big for, and he's looks about the same size as the 135 pounders he's fought

    He sports a KO 45%

Has stopped 2 of his last 8 opponents

Has only stopped 1 at 135

Has never dropped anyone at 135 albeit he did stop Yoshino

Has only fought 3 world champions al of who smaller than him or the same size

Has only scored 2 KDs against world champions against the much smaller Valdez and similar size Robson

And he is scared of getting hit by fighters his own size who aren't even big punchers or above C level

And he has stunk out the joint numerous times and even his own hometown fans boo him and leave the venue in their droves before the final bell due to him stinking out the joint

And even worse, now imagine how much less successful Haney and Shakur would be f they were actually giving away the kind of physical advantages Loma routinely is and how much lower their KO% would be, how petrified they would be of getting hit, especially when facing actual legit punchers and KO artists and world champs and top contenders at those weights like he is?

Man, when you watch Tank's highlight reel it's almost painful to see what he does to his opponents.

All at 135 which, as said, would be at least his 6th weight class had he turned pro in his teens, and all against much bigger or way bigger opponents than him

I'm pretty sure Teofimo was a huge puncher at 135, is way bigger than Loma, and he couldn't stop Kambosos or Nakatani and we know Teofimo is very athletically gifted too
