They need to let him develop. Yes he is a talent but stopping Dempsey early does not make him a great or Mike Tyson. He should be allowed to develop and learn his trade. Take him to the US for sparring and some fights.

I want to make clear that I am not insulting the guy. I don't think he's a total phony, or anything. He has some real physical talent, but is totally untested in terms of his chin and stamina, and may not develop the real skill that he needs because he is being told that he can just go in there and steamroll everyone. And the end result of that is often a Prince Nassem- Barrera type situation.
