I don't think he has it in him anymore on the amount of training and hard work it takes to stay competitive at a world level. At least in AJ's case hes a gym rat that doesn't party much.
Be a shame if he does retire, and we never get that all British showdown we have waited all these years for. Tyson Fury v David Price would have been EPIC! But I wish him all the best, hope he has a long, healthy and happy retirement
Aj sure he's lost a few but his resume way better then fury Parker alone is arguably better than anyone fury fought after wlad in fact I'd say Andy Ruiz would run through furys resume after he fought wlad barring usyk obviously and 50/50 with bum squad wilder
AJ is as irrelevant i suppose as Fury now....other than if u fancy 50 million big ones??? It will happen
Oh come on. Based on what? Klitchko? Deontay "I cant box at all" Wilder? What else are we going for? Top three heavyweight of the last 10 years - let's say 'post Klitchko'. Sometimes the best of that crop, until Usyk moved up. But an ATG? Be real.
How many fighters have fought Wlad, Usyk x2, Wilder x3, Whyte, Wallin, Chisora x3 and never been stopped?
Cmon man. Whyte, Chisora, Wallin, these guys are in Furys top 5 wins, that is pretty bad. He's a generational talent but he is no atg
aj definitely has a better resume. furys run was trash. not saying aj has great wins, but theyre better than furys. i expect aj would bounce fury around the ring as well.
Does anyone really believe we’ve seen the last of Fury? I believe he will “rediscover” his love for boxing and a big paycheck when he returns this summer. He and AJ will fight in England and people will pay to watch it.
Nah. He's lost 4 times to 3 different guys. Usyk aside, who on Joshua's resume beats Fury? Meanwhile I'd back Wilder to give Joshua serious issues. I reckon Chisora would be a problem for him too. Whyte gave Joshua a torrid time, Fury didn't break a sweat... I don't know why we still have to pretend Joshua is anything more than a solid champion. Dubois absolutely ironed him out.
Thank goodness someone with logic. For the life of me I cannot comprehend why joshua is still so overrated. His real level has to have been exposed by now. Surely the Dubois fight would've been competitive if he were a legit top 5. He also struggled with 40 year old journeyman Helanius more than he should've
