I think differently tbh,I believe Floyd should've played more dirty if he wants to truly beat Armstrong, his workrate will never get down even if you counter him several times, Floyd had to go Fritzie mode.

Sugar Ray Robinson made his pro debut on this card. He got to see Zivic cut Henry up. Armstrong was his idol. According to Ray he told his manager to get me Zivic next. Ofcourse they stalled him. Ray must have been serious because he fought Zivic pretty early in his career.

Mayweather controls him by varying the speed of his jab, measuring Armstrong when he ducks/weaves with the lead etc then times that head movement with uppercuts/lead hooks etc set up by the jab and is always in a position to defend himself from the counters by being mindful of the here he is in the ring.

Mayweather Jr would be simply get out hustled by Armstrong
    at any weight.
Though at Jr. lightweight the fight would be closer than some
may think. Mayweather was much more complete at Jr. light,
had better power and used his legs much more.
Still, Armstrong beats him with relentless aggression.
Especially if the fight is 15rds.

2 of his closest/toughest fights came against pressure fighters who swarmed him, neither of whom were in Armstrong's class.

Even in winning the rematch w/ Castillo, he still had several rounds taken from him.

Armstrong all day long at 126 or 135 or 140 or 147 and probably at 160 a swarmer beats a boxer is a pretty good rule of thumb and more importantly Armstrong did not come from the era of cherry picking opponents or YouTube to study a fighter he fought whomever they put him in front of and won consistently

Idk he seemed to easily handle pac and Oscar and Canelo. And plenty of other good come forward fighters. Actually seemed like he had the easiest time with them. Speed bothered him more than anything.
