    Depends on the ref - how much does McNeely get to get away with? Because a little guy, he can grab and just hit, tank a shot smash him in the clinch. If some entity promised me he’d be unable to bend the rules I’d give it to quite a few good 147lbers… definitely loads of 160lbers - 168lners and endless 175lbers… at 190lbs-200lbs I’d have a hard time finding guys who wouldn’t beat him with a decent ranking…. He’s just not that good!
