I like the Paul brothers but if this fight really happens and canelo is dead ass serious he will put a beating on jake.

 

So now Jake isn't a "real" boxer. I thought he wasn't a "real top level" boxer, now he's not a real boxer at all. Get your story straight!!

Jake Paul weighed 227lbs at the weigh in for Tyson. In his three fights prior to that were at cruiserweight he weighed 200lbs.

Isn't it funny how everyone was laughing at Canelo years ago when he wanted to fight at Cruiserweight thinking it was ridiculous. But now everyone sure is that 200+lb Jake Paul would be easy work for Canelo.

Ya'll acting like it's no big deal for a Super Middleweight to KO someone who is essentially a Heavyweight at this point. But these same people were mocking Canelo a few years back for thinking he could even compete at Cruiserweight. These same people who for years constantly reminded us about the mantra "there's weight classes for a reason" like when Canelo Kovalev was announced. But there's weight classes for a reason. Now, all that thrown out the window because they don't consider Jake a "real" boxer.

Jake Paul got beat by Tommy Fury, who is basically a light heavyweight if he bothers to make weight.

Paul has grown a bit since that fight, but he had a lot of water weight for Tyson. At best, Paul is a decent size cruiser, but he lack skills at the top level.

I don't think size is going to be that big of an advantage, when his skills are below Tommy Fury level.

 

Remember everyone thought ngannou would hardly land a glove on tyson fury yet it turned out to be one of his hardest fights

 

Jake Paul does not have a good chin he has never been hit flush by an actual world rated boxer.
The size advantage won't make a difference Jake will realize he is in massive trouble when Canelo lands the first power shot with 10oz gloves. If Canelo wants to end it in the first round he will.

You sound clueless claiming that Paul has been "dedicating his whole life to the sport when even he has stated that he and his brother began training to fight a little over 7/8 years ago. You seem to be a diehard Man Fan of his, yet you know nothing about him..... How ironic. Claiming he trains hard.......why because you seen some YouTube videos. You don't know how hard "most guys" train to claim that they don't.

Who are the top pros he's outworking?........That question isn't rhetorical. If Paul trained so hard and is out working top pros.....why is he still fighting NBA players, other YouTubers, retired MMA fighters, 60 year old retire boxing stars....etc... Where is the evidence that he's out working even average C level boxers who have aspirations of gettting a title shot.......BECAUSE HE HAS YET TO FIGHT ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY COMPETES IN THIS SPORT.

Bringing up Ngannou is dumb because Ngannou is still a TRAINED FIGHTER. No he isn't a boxer, but he's not a YouTuber who thought that combat sports sounds like a cool idea that he can make a lot of $$ with.

I respect Jake for getting his money.....But there is NOTHING he's done in the ring that tells me he can't be dominated by someone with skillset and power of Canelo, regardless of him being smaller. The only actual boxer he fought was Tommy Fury and HE LOST.

 

That was FAR from a Fury with a proper training camp to be fair.

 

That Fury kid isn't bad at all and he is a cruiserweight, that fellow didn't even get close to knocking JP out.

Anybody who thinks Canelo won't be able to end this fight whenever he chooses is a complete casual.
Jake is not even close to Ngannou or Coner these guys are made of steel that is why they were able to have some success, compared to guys like that Jake Paul is soft as cake.

 

And Mike was paid to not go for a knockout. That was an exhibition that was sold as a real fight to earn money

 

I agree. Paul won't win but he has show an ability be able to move quite well, and a decent gas tank which means he could Canelo actually look bad and go the distance, which would be embarrassing for Canelo.
