    What are some of the most impressive performances given from guys losing their world title(s)? Foreman - Frazier is likely the first to come to mind, but tell me something I don't know.

    I'm not the biggest fan of Bobby Czyz, but I definitely rooted for him in the closing rounds of his first fight against Charles Williams... He knew that there was only one way left for him to win, and he tried his hardest to stop the Prince, but it just didn't come.

    Johnson beat up the much bigger Willard for 26 rounds at an out of shape 37 years old before eventually losing.

    Zaragoza bravely roars back at Morales with his pressure,crashing left overhands repeatedly and overall survived as long as he can with a man 18 years younger than him with his heart,skills, experience.


    Then Leonard on the first fight vs Duran,while I think Montreal Duran was gonna beat him no matter what style he brought up,he showed great balls and adaptability on the later rounds, awesome fight.

    Another would've been Muhammad Rachman vs Pornsawan Porpramook and Florante Condes,he showed great engine for a man with that much fights and for that age.


    Hozumi Hasegawa said that Veeraphol Sahaprom was the best guy he ever faced,shows how good Sahaprom was even when he loses.

    Braddock fought more bravely against Louis than anyone else did. Went for to toe, drive him back and landed some excellent counter punches as he was being broken down, piece by piece.

    Schmeling won all but two or three rounds against Sharkey while losing his title, somehow. Now that's a spirited performance.
