To me, I have three good examples:
Macho Camacho's handling of Jose Luis Ramirez, Salvador Sanchez's ko of Wilfredo Gomez and Genaro Hernandez's beatdown of Azumah Nelson..

(note: Im not talking actual upsets here like Douglas-Tyson or Honeyghan-Curry here, those surprised everyone!)

Two comments I have: in my defense: 1. for Sanchez-Gomez I was nine, knew only the basics about boxing and in Puerto Rico, everyone relied on Gomez's power to do the trick. And 2. Why do we call surprises upsets? They are surprises, not every one gets angry when their favorite fighter/team loses!!!

Edit: an extra comment: in 1985, as we should all do, I was flagless when it came down to boxing pretty much, and i thought Ramirez was going to knock the heck out of Camacho, because Ramirez was fighting at his weight, he had like 80 knockouts already and Camacho's power was not that great at Junior Lightweight to begin with. That is why I was so surprised Camacho handled him so handily.

We should all still be flagless in that sense, but I cant help it: these days I back Puerto Ricans first, Hispanics of other countries second and the rest of the fights Im flagless lol

Ray Leonard's loss to Terry Norris. Though Norris was expected to win, the holes were their for Leonard to exploit.
Leonard at this time of his career didn't have the speed and instinct to take advantage of them.
It's when I knew Leonard shouldn't be in a boxing ring against live competition.

I incorrectly predicted the bookies underdog would win in Canelo vs Kovalev, Beterbiev vs Bivol 1 and Kabayel vs Zhang.

I thought Golota would put up a much better account of himself than he did against Lennox.

    - ODLH stopping Chavez 2x (Chavez was past his prime, fighting a bigger, stronger, faster younger guy)
    - Pacquiao brutally KOing Hatton
    - Jones schooling Toney for 12 Rounds.

I thought Anderson would put up a much better display against Bakole.

I thought Fury would beat Usyk in the first fight - was surprised that Fury's jab was non-existent although I should have seen the signs from the Ngannou fight.

    There'll probably be more lol.

    Honeyghan against Breland.
Whilst I had a feeling that Mark would defeat him, the actual way that Honey fell to pieces surprised me.

Duran was the favorite vs De Jesus III,but I didn't expect him to actually outbox, outswarm and absolutely made Esteban look like a bum.

Holyfield-Moorer I. I've always been a Moorer fan and really liked his style, and thought he had a chance of winning. I wasn't surprised when he got the decision.
