Does anyone think Lamont Roach can pull off the upset?

I don't like Tank at all, but it was Loma who ducked him this time.

 

Fair but he did duck shakur (even turki said so in this AMA thing he did on reddit)

 

He sells tickets, not PPV´s. Why? Because most of these fights do not interest the average boxing fan, definitely not the hardcore fans.
Tank undoubtedly has the it factor, and he could have been a massive star - but he chose the safe route.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if he did to be honest.

 

Question is, or should be, does anyone think people are actually gna lay $80 hard earned Jacksons down for this?? I’d say the vast majority will not. Dreadful price. Should come with the subscription to Amazon Prime. Lofl 80 bucks

Tank is simply talking himself into an excuse to walk away from the sport with a lot of money and without fighting legit or elite talents in his own division. Guys like Devin Haney, Lomachenko, Shakur Stevenson, Keyshawn Davis, Teofimo, etc....have all been names linked to him in the last 6 years and he never came close to being in the ring with any of them yet he claims to be the face of the sport and/or the best in the sport.

Now that Turki is lining all of the elites up with other big names that they are supposed to be in the ring with, he's being backed into a corner knowing that right now, the only options that fans want to see is Shakur Stevenson and/or Keyshawn Davis. Tank has been protected his entire career. Biggest win was verse Leo Santa Cruz....someone who was 2 divisions smaller than him. He took an old Gamboa on one leg into the championship rounds. Fought Rolly & Frank Martin with neither of them being a world champ prior to the fight at any division, yet he's consistently talking down Shakur Stevenson who has won titles in 3 divisions now. He won't even bring that energy toward Keyshawn Davis who has barked that Tank "has to see me"..........

Tank is looking for the EXIT and he wants to do it without taking any real risk. Acting like Turki is a virus to the sport is a dead give away that he is struggling to find a logical reason to not work with Turki or any other promoter that will put him in the ring with the names I mentioned above. Tank just retire after this fight and stop stealing money from your ignorant fans. It time for all of the PBC fan boy movement to be extinct. Wilder boys have dispersed. Charlo crew are starting to fade. Spence fans are still trying to find comfort in the delusion from the Crawford loss.....But at least each of those fanbases saw their favorite man go down vs an equal talent. Tank won't even give his fans that opportunity.
