I really hope I don't see Davis vs Paul, for me it would be a no-sense match. In my opinion Roach deserves a rematch but if Davis says it won't be this year I doubt we'll ever see it. So Tank needs to face a top fighter if he doesn't want to be considered someone who avoids the strongest. 'The best fight the best'
The only thing he "struggled with" was getting a KO. he was well in control of the fight long before it ended.
Possibly Shakur except Tank and Uncle Al will never bow the knee to His Excellency Turki. So it will be on PBC terms or joint promotion. Loma is always an option as is another unification.
Shakur dominated and stopped Padley with an injured left hand. He quite literally beat Padley one-handed and quite easily, there was no struggle in that fight at all despite Padley giving a very game effort.
Yeah, because Shakur isn't a puncher and Tank is, everyone knows that. Shakur injured his left hand in the 6th which is partly why the stoppage came later than it should have btw. You said that Shakur struggled though, which he very much didn't.
If you say so but sounds like excuses to me. Tank made no excuses and said he could have done more. Tank was fighting a well schooled boxer not an English electrician.
I wouldn't mind seeing Davis vs Paul. I'd even think Inoue would knock Jake Paul out, let alone Davis.
He did not though because the judges had it a majority decision draw, 1 gave it to Tank 115-113 as I did.
