Bruno Vs Mason?

I'm confident that Bruno would outbox Mason early, but not confident of the ultimate outcome of the fight.

I could see Bruno's jab causing Gary eye damage that sees him pulled out of the fight somewhere in the middle rounds, but if not, I wouldn't be surprised to see Mason score a late, come from behind, TKO victory over a gassed Frank.

 

Possibly Frank's jab would cut Garry up possible late stoppage . Win by mason was possible though .Very tough with good power himself.

The version of Mason who fought Lewis was already deeply damaged goods. He'd suffered eye problems and been advised to retire. It had to be on his mind. Lo and behold the eye gets damaged again versus Lewis (a fighter better than anyone he had fought prior) and he had to change his fight plan to a kamikaze uncharacteristic one and he lost as a result albeit very bravely on his sword.

As soon as the eye was diagnosed it was always going to end like that.

He had been let down and managed poorly at the end

Mason at his best over 12 versus the Bruno who fought spoon and tyson I think he stops Frank in the 10th or 11th. The 1993 Bruno was bigger and more experienced and I think may win against mason on points over 10 ..Bruno may gas over 12 but still win on points.

Mason circa 2010 used to see my girlfriend at the times father who was a medicine practitioner. He was by all accounts a very nice man at that stage of his life.
