How did you score Larry Holmes vs Carl Williams?

I had Holmes, barely. He pulled it out in the late rounds when he realized he was losing the battle of the jabs, and started digging rights to the body.

 

I had it a draw a fight of two halves Williams out jabbed Holmes early but then Holmes brought it back late on with the body punching and Williams faded.

I've always thought the Witherspoon fight was overrated as a close fight I thought Holmes clearly won it in the region of 8-4, 7-5.

I don’t think I’ve scored it since it actually happened, but I had Larry by one point.

Agree on Witherspoon not being an up-for-grabs fight. Holmes survived a scary moment, rallied back in that same round and won down the stretch while Tim was doing his dancing bear routine rather than pressing the fight.

Holmes ahead by two points. Williams gave it away in the last rounds imo.

That said, no doubt The Truth was winning after 10 imo.

I also think that this match was more closer than Holmes - Witherspoon, in that fight for me Larry had clearly won, 2-3 points for him could have been there easily. Instead in this contest I had 144 - 143 Williams (below I write who I assigned the rounds to) but with 2 rounds even and other closes in a match like this for me the judgment for one or the other boxer must be accepted. I certainly do not agree with the two cards that had 146 - 139, too wide in my opinion.
