    I agree completely with you,this is what my initial point was-it ISNT controversial.
    There is no way to actually seriously scoring a winning card for Nunn in this fight.
    One note I would say,maybe it was father time catching up to them,maybe it was the back to back camps because the original feb 7 date was pushed back to the march 22 date but both guys looked flat to me.

    Both fighters were old (late 30s?) & visibly showing their age IMO. It was basically both fighters' last hurrahs.

    I thought it was more of a case of them being overtrained.
    I dont think they were diminished THAT bad.

    It was a clear win for Rocky. Nunn hit gloves all night. As for the communication of official scorecards between rounds, that was illegal and common practice in Germany back then. But for this fight, it had no bearing on the final result.
