    Co-headlining the CountryBox 31 card from the Troubadour in Nashville. Postponed from its originally scheduled date of today, March eighteenth. Now taking place April Fool's Day - but it's no joke. :ggg

    6 rounds scheduled at heavyweight. The Atomic Bull will celebrate his sixtieth birthday later in the month, and is 2-0 with a pair of early knockouts so far in his CountryBox run starting last November.

    My eyes bugged out upon seeing he was taking on a 7-0 fighter - until realizing Tanksley is himself 52 years old. Astronomical leap up in class for the native of Jacksonville-by-way-of-Rochester, having never even fought an opponent with a positive record.

    McCall has waited 36 years for his revenge against James Douglas. Albeit that was Buster Douglas back in 1989. Still better late than never.

    I haven't got a clue about Tanksley. Never heard of him.


    But I'll certainly have a little curiosity sniff of this and tune in.

    When I first read this quickly I thought he was facing James "Buster " Douglas. :lol:

    Now, that is a fight I might be interested in seeing...30 years ago!!
