Not that AJ deserves much of a spot but I could see AJ V Chisora if not AJ V Fury - I think AJ V Chisora would be a good fight with some decent hype behind it.

Would be a good match-up. Weirdly Chisora is a fair bit older than AJ but is doing better with age, whereas AJ is the opposite.

If Dubois beats Usyk, then I think we could see Dubois V Chisora, then again Parker/Kabayel is in the equation but the IBF might threaten to strip Dubois of his belt. But if Usyk wins then I think Usyk will fight the winner of Parker/Kabayel.

How funny would it be if Chisora manages to chin Dubois or Usyk and become heavyweight champ in his last fight at the end of his career.

I just had a look at the IBF top 10 and yeah Chisora has the best recent wins of any of them, half of them are coming of of losses and that leaves Ajagba, Huni, Wardley and Itauma, none of those guys has better wins than Joyce and Wallin.

Outside of the top 5 the division is wide open as we are in a bit of a transnational period as the older fighters retire and before the new, younger fighters have built their profiles and put their stamps on the division.

Good for Derek. Dubois isn't a legitimate champion. They stripped Usyk and gave the belt to a guy he already beat. I'm happy if another guy he beat faces this guy he beat.

Usyk should face Parker, Kabayel, or retire. Maybe Wilder just to put that pin in his cap of defeating all the Big Three from the 2015-2022 era.

The IBF will order Derek Chisora's mandatory challenge for Daniel Dubois' world championship on April 22.

The British heavyweight floored Otto Wallin twice to earn a points win in his 49th career fight in February, which was designated as a title eliminator for the right to challenge current IBF champion Dubois.

Don't get me wrong Chisora had a couple of solid wins recently, but not enough to warrant being mandatory.

Give us a Chisora v Kabayel rematch. If he can pass that test and redeem him then give him a shot.

In a way, this is actually an indictment on how weak the current HW division is....................an on his last leg journeyman has somehow worked his way into a mandatory title shot.

Yup, a very top heavy division. Usyk is an ATG, no doubt about it..............Fury I'd say is still a tall task for anyone in this era................then the waters get muddy

This is why I hate boxing. String together wins against mediocre guys and if you can put people in seats, you will get a tittle shot. Cause the bigger the purse the bigger the sanction fee

It's more an indictment of the IBF, which took a #9 contender and a #12 contender and ranked the winner of the match #1 so they could force a sanctioning fee on those two boxers and the titleholder next.

As much as it is a joke to offer Chisora a shot, it would free up Usyk to fight parker in the meantime. Then he can fight Dubois after

Hopefully usyk doesn't sit out and wait if this fight was made first

Even losses for some (Joshua) and the same applies.

Frank Warren said that if Usyk faces Parker for Dubois there will be the title defense against Chisora. The good Dereck deserves this last chance, he earned it in the ring. If the match happens in my opinion Dubois will win inside the distance.
