    Great fight.

Dubois by late stoppage after a tough fight with Peter knocking Dubois down once at least IMO.

    Seriously good matchup.

Peter for me but with no confidence whatsoever.

Dubois takes him out mid rounds in a high paced firefight.

I think Dan's jab is the decider here. I think he would discourage and bust up Peter who was hittable and not particularly mobile. Late stoppage in a surprisingly easy fight for Dubois.

No matter who wins, the crowd gets their money's worth. Very good matchup.

I see an all out war at ring center with some similarities to Dubois vs Miller and Ike vs Tua. The judges would simply put their scorecards down after round 2 to watch the fireworks as both men unleash barrages of clubbing blows with no regard for defense or scoring. I think Pete rocks Dan at some point, maybe even drops him. But Dan is the better overall operator with superior technique and fundamentals. This makes the difference in the long run as Dan gains the momentum from round 7 landing more frequently and with better accuracy.

Dan by KO or TKO round 9-10.

I think Peter has more dog in him and a better chin. I mean, Dubois is better technically but he's no great technician either. Peter was kinda wild but at his best I think he chops away until he lands a big one on Dubois' dubious chin.

Probably Dubois with his improvements in recent times but Sam Peter could really hit and take a punch.

Dubois by KO mid rnds. Peter was just a big hulking lump who was strong with ok punch. Easy to hit this is a problem against Dubois.

Better chin and more dog? Are you sure?

Peter was dropped multiple times by McCline and was lucky to not get stopped early. Credit to him for getting off the floor to win, but he was hurt and this was against a guy 10x cruder than Dubois in Peter's prime.

He also quit on his stool against Vitali asking the corner to stop it.

Dubois' loss to Joyce is kind of overblown considering he had a potential career ending injury in his eye sockets. It would've been idiotic to continue.

TBF he took a hammering against Vitali.

And he never went down taking punches from a fit 6'7 guy weighing 274 pounds on fight night.

Yes, he took a beating. He also quit, which is why I said I'm not sure he has more heart/dog than Dubois.

Cool I agree Dubois has heart. I think both guys had heart otherwise they wouldn't have gone so far and Peter has a iron chin.
