Joyce wouldn't like that guy tbh.

The skin thickness thing is a myth:

    https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamadermatology/article-abstract/2812439

As others said it's just that the lighter the skin the easier it is to see marks and skin flaws. That's why bodybuilders tan up, that's why people think you look healthier when you have a tan. Re: cuts, perhaps if you have thinner/sharper bones it makes sense to me that you might be more likely to get cut. That's just me guessing without knowing anything though.

Fair range of cards tbh. Not very many rounds that Joyce clearly won. But you can argue anywhere from 2-4. Anything beyond that is a stretch. I thought he probably nicked 3 rounds or so myself.

Guess you’re a fan of arm punching mummies. Hrgovic beat his ass, only unusual toughness kept him upright.

Hrgovic lacks that innate One-Punch power, may his health serve him and may he continue to fight, I hope that Warren will soon enable him to fight again...

Hrgovic needs to work on throwing different punches like an uppercut against opponents barrelling towards him with their heads lowered. Spamming straight rights gets predictable after a while and the opponent will feint and then step out of range to avoid it.

    I had the fight close

I think if Dillian Whyte was in there last night then Joyce would’ve won

Because Dubois wasted Hrgovic. Kabayel beating Hrgovic won't mean much.

I want to see Kabayel against a durable giant like Joyce. Let's see how effective his body shots really are.

That's ridiculous. I don't even like Wilder but he doesn't fold. And Joe has no defense. Wilder's power would hurt him.

I think Joe is simply an older version than he was, slightly slower and his engine is slightly poorer. I think Hrgovic deserves a huge amount of credit for seeing that through, Joyce must be a nightmare to fight...and I think he's still a bloody good metric by which to measure another fighter. Hrgovic has went right up in my estimation, I thought he'd start to crumble after halfway but he dug deep and came on strong. Fair play

The guy that throws 500 punches in 6 rounds vs the guy that gets hit with every punch thrown isn’t going to end well.
