Eddie Hearn has revealed that Anthony Joshua could wait until October to rematch Dubois.

Fury fanboys always tried to make AJ look bad, just so Fury can look better, as he can't stand on his own achievements, which are pretty close at the end of the day.

Some massive hate boners towards both AJ and Fury in this case AJ. I can get people not liking them but after the Kiltschko's who people didn't enjoy they played a massive part in bringing the interest back in heavyweight boxing.

 

Exactly - after Wlad, Joshua was the major player and brought interest (read: casuals, and therefore cash) back to the division... Then Fury returned and beat up the genuinely overhyped Wilder which helped continue the revival of the division.

They're both flawed as people (and easy to dislike for that alone) and imperfect as fighters but damn they were easily the best we had until the cat came along to claim the cream.

Only reason AJ is as relevant as he is because he brings so much money to the table.

Dubois rematch may be AJ's last fight.

AJ should focus on fighting Fury instead IMO.

 

Not anymore. I was the biggest fan of Fury in Poland until he started to duck challenges and gaslight the public after his fake retirement in 2022.

Well, I've been fan of both for years, so it is possible. Fury just detroyed everything that made me a fan of him, while AJ didn't. Simple as that.

 

Cowards don´t constantly run to rematches after losses.

 

Definitely - and especially when they've been hurt and/or stopped first time around.

Ducking (or trying to duck) contracted rematches when you're the one that owes it, though, could well be cowardice.

Joshua getting a rematch with Dubois has the same smell of Joyce rematching Zhang,, a smoldering knockout.
It ain't happening, a rubber match with Andy Ruiz is more likely.
