Post/send links to any pictures you've got of professional boxers with big or exotic animals. We've all seen George Foreman hold a cow and hold a tiger, and maybe some of you has seen Elmer Ray put the slug on a gator... But what are some pictures that you typically don't see? I'll start... Somebody get George Foreman carrying a cow around on his shoulder, quickly. Also, Livingstone Bramble with his pet snake, which was named Rebel (not to be confused with his dog that was named Snake).
Baer or some other guy from back then is alleged to have knocked out an undersized celebrity orangutan.
I keep reading Cinderella Man defenses of Baer as being the nicest guy in the world. What kind of man hits a poor, defenseless animal?
Young Ingo allegedly rode Liz Taylor too - though she was younger also and hadn’t yet reached hippo size.
This takes us straight to it. The needle on my BS detector is reacting heavily. This content is protected
George Foreman in a brief tussle with a lion. Notice how the lion easily dodged Foreman’s looping right hand? Allegedly, this footage convinced Ali that he could beat George and become King of the Jungle. This content is protected
Dropping some of the ones that came to mind for everyone to see. (Thanks to @Saintpat and @Ioakeim Tzortzakis, of course) This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
Mike Tyson had I think three tigers and he raised pigeons growing up. Figure there’s got to be pics of each somewhere out there.
I've read this story before and it made me laugh just as much this time. How gullable people must have been 100 years ago.
True Greg and there might be some who perhaps would still buy it today. There’s a few other obvious Jeffries myths (obvious myths imo at least) that have surprisingly hung tough as being possibly true for some fans.
