What was your criteria when you were Making your list? What factors were you weighing? Quality of opp, dominance, longevity, some people include impact on the sport, head to head projection etc.

I wouldn't have Greb top 50 let alone #1 Only beat Tunny because he was injured and bleeding like a stuck pig from the early rounds. never won any of the follow up bouts. How guys fare in rematches determines how great they were.
