That chap is lucky Uncle Azumah did not drop him. Fenech’s team and supporters are such poor losers.

 

He did win though. He's just righting a wrong. To not tarnish the WBC's name any further about this controversial fight. Fantastic move by Sulaiman. I'd imagine he's watched the fight many times and was disgusted by the decision.

Regardless of the fact that Fenech may have won the first fight, the actions of the WBC to retroactively change the title are totally unacceptable. What if they dug through every unpopular decision and changed the outcome? What if they changed the outcome in the first Walcott-Charles fight? Would that remove Charles from ever becoming Heavyweight Champion? It is too slippery a slope to allow a corrupt body like the WBC to do this so far after the fact.
