Been done but how do people think a prime for prime would Go now?

We know Fury can drag himself off the floor, would he have to do here?

Is this one of those horrible fights for George,a styles thing perhaps?

    Let's make it 12 round s

    Fury has multiple issues here:

He is too big. He is too hittable. Despite his excellent head movement and quick feet for such a big man, his enormous frame makes him a relatively easy target.

You are not going to recover vs a rampaging Foreman. Foreman ain't Wilder. Yes, Wilder had a great right hand. But Foreman has a lot more punch variety. Foreman can throw power left hooks, huge uppercuts with his right, sneaky uppercuts with his left, can throw a right hook around the guard, can throw 5 punch combinations. And because Foreman had a good chin, its hard to deter him from coming forward.

Not to mention that even young Foreman had that power jab that he could set everything else off.

Wilder is a one trick pony. Deal with that one trick and you can do well. Foreman is much harder to defend against because he throws a much wider range of power punches and any of them can daze you badly.

Is Foreman unbeatable? No. But Fury does not have the combination punching ability to deter him. Fury can throw 2-3 punch combinations but often struggles to follow up with power combinations. A great boxing coach named Frank Gillfeather correctly pointed out that Fury's large size makes it difficult for him to throw 5-6 punch fast full power combinations that the likes of Ali and Louis could pull off.

The only version of Fury i would give any shot was the 250 lb version vs Wlad. If Fury fought a totally defensive fight and George had an off night, Fury could sneak his way to a decision. But i give that a 10% chance.

Otherwise, Foreman catches him with a wide range of big shots and you are not going to recover.

Fury would have a field day jesus christ. Can you imagine "the mummy" plodding after Fury who is bigger, faster, more mobile and a far better boxer? Fury is going to walk him onto everything.

Fury boxes his head off. If Foreman connects tho, I'm little bit worried about his chin.

The Fury who took Wilder's bombs could probably take quite a few but his punch resistance hasn't been the same after that.

I was thinking about prime Fury from 2014-2015. Even before Wilder Fury was knockdowned by a journeyman and a cruiserweight.

Young George was too unpredictable for prime Fury. Especially in the sense as Young George was a raging bull and his punches would basically catch you off guard as he may through what looks like a left hook but turns out to be an uppercut or a bodyshot.

Pretty confident though prime Fury decisions Old George though.

I think his showboating and lack of focus was part the reason but sure. Anyway it's less his chin that sticks out it's his powers of recovery which are superb.

The Fury that beat Wlad makes Foreman look silly

I don't know. I lean to Foreman but Fury is a very live wire in this fight

Fury wouldn’t have gone near him so it’s moot.

Or perhaps even Wilder 2 Fury just forcing the slow, wild-swinging little man to fight going backwards for the first time.
