James Douglas v Gerrie Coetzee

    Douglas stops him late on if he’s primed, he’s the better boxer, technique and probably stronger up close, only thing Coetzee has is more power and Douglas has more than enough power himself.

    With Buster Douglas the problem wasn't his chin. I see little or no evidence of a weak chin. The problem is one of desire. He had all the talent he needed. Big and strong, nimble on his feet, quick hands, plenty of power. But the desire too often was lacking. He earned the world's admiration with that one magnificent and courageous performance vs Tyson but threw it all away as fast as he could. About Buster's 2nd round kayo by Holyfield, one New York boxing scribe wrote that he belonged in a kennel. I surmise that Buster wasn't comfortable with success. It required too much dedication and sacrifice.
