    He had fought Yacqui once before in Philadelphia when they were both contenders. It was a similar fight. He gave Lopez his word that when he is champion he'll give him a rematch. He kept his word.

    Little Red Lopez former featherweight champion could take a beating. He carried his power late.

    Yea he was getting the short end on a few decisions he probably deserved even in Philly. He changed his style to become aggressive and basically brawl.

    Marcos Villasana, especially when he won the title against Paul Hodkinson.
    Jeff Harding blocked Dennis Andries punches with his face for most of the fight before eventually winning.

    Bazooka looked like he never had an easy fight he always got hurt, stunned or staggered in all his fights.

    Wilfredo Gomez even defeat showed alot of toughness vs Sanchez. He took such a beating but being a great fighter himself he kept fighting his fight as if the next punch he throws would restore order.

    He believed he could win right up until the very end.
