Should Paulie Malignaggi be in the IBHOF?

    Likeable character, fought everyone, was robbed a time or two, world champion..

    What do you guys think? I'm split between yes and no..

    Yes but not now maybe not in 20 years. He should be in the IBHOF as a concept. Not in terms of putting him over other fighters you'll see on a ballot.
