    This would have been absolutely brutal between 2 hard punching MWs. Any idea on who ends up on top and stopping the other?

    Although Valdez had the rep of being a slow starter, I'd still favor him to perhaps survive some rocky early moments & win by mid-to-late rnd stoppage on the strength of his superior stamina & technique.

    Valdes is better, just not sure how the like 20 or so lbs rehydration from McClellan would affect the matchup, Valdes came from the same day weight in era.

    Valdes weathers the early storm then stops McClellan around the ninth or tenth. Too skilled for G-Man.
